As you walk this crazy and winding road of landlording, it’s not news that you’ll face challenges and problems along the way. So often though, rather than seeing problems as opportunities for growth, they are seen as roadblocks or stop signs. This broken perspective puts landlords into a disempowered place, a position of fear and uncertainty which then further hinders their ability to be receptive to solutions to the problem they are faced with.
