The AZ Department of Real Estate has a new form and a FREE tool for all of us to use. It is called the Early Real Estate Sales Alert System or ERAS and it evolved as the way to help address deed fraud. Deed fraud is rising and the consequences can be devastating.

Go to earlyalert.azre.gov and register your home today!! You will receive an alert if someone tries to sell your home without your knowledge.
