If you want to list in March, you have to start prepping now.

October in Manatee County is one of the best months to capture listing photos. The light is softer, the landscaping is lush, and the weather makes everything look its best. Buyers notice the difference, and you cannot recreate that in February.

From there, we work backward: repairs before the New Year, decluttering and paperwork in January, final prep and staging in February, then a fully prepared launch in March ahead of the competition.
