First impressions matter.

From the architecture to the landscaping, the exterior of your home sets the tone before you ever walk through the front door.

Who wouldn’t want the house everyone’s talking about after trick-or-treating?

A home should feel personal from the moment you walk in.

That’s why our homes are designed with intentional details and opportunities for personalization throughout the build process, giving you the feeling of building custom, without the stress of starting from zero.

Thoughtful layouts. Elevated finishes. A simpler process that still feels uniquely yours.

Professionally designed. Personalized by you.

In love with every detail of this home. 🤎

A space thoughtfully designed to be loved for years to come.

Who says a luxury home has to be neutral?

Building custom gives you the luxury of incorporating the details you love, even your favorite color.

You can still make it bold while keeping it elevated. ✨

The butler’s pantry we’ve all been dreaming of. 🤍 And yes, it truly has it all.

Custom cabinetry, a w**e cooler, microwave, and plenty of extra counter space make this the perfect extension of the kitchen. Best of all, it flows seamlessly into the main kitchen for a layout that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

A double vanity makes the everyday routine a little easier, giving everyone their own space without sacrificing a cohesive design.

From individual sinks and storage to the finishes that bring it all together, thoughtful bathroom design proves that functionality can still feel elevated.

Because a custom home should work for the people who live in it.

A statement worth looking up for.

This custom range hood turns an everyday kitchen essential into a standout design feature. The rich green finish, paneled detailing, and warm wood accent create contrast and character against the surrounding cabinetry.

In a custom home, even the functional details can make a statement.

Designed to gather.

More than a place for meal prep, the kitchen island becomes part of everyday life—from quick breakfasts and after-school conversations to hosting family and friends.

Positioned at the heart of this open-concept space, this oversized island creates a natural connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Because some of the best moments at home happen when everyone gathers around.

For over 45 years, Kimberley Development has focused on building homes designed for real life—both the big moments and the everyday ones.

Spaces for gathering, growing, hosting, slowing down, and building memories for generations to come.

Because home is more than four walls.

Rich wood cabinetry brings warmth, depth, and character to this kitchen, while the light countertops create just the right amount of contrast.

From the floor-to-ceiling cabinetry to the custom range hood, carrying the wood tones throughout the space creates a kitchen that feels cohesive, elevated, and timeless.

Proof that going darker can make a space feel cozy and sophisticated.
