Your house has been live for two weeks. Here is how to read what happened.
Showings but no offers. The price got people in the door, so the price is close. Something inside is the hesitation. Layout, condition, a smell, a photo that oversold a room.
No showings at all. The price is the problem. Buyers never got far enough to have an opinion about the house.
Offers right away. The market agreed with your number. Now read the terms carefully, because the highest one is not always the best one.
Two quiet weeks is data, not bad luck. The sellers who do well are the ones who look at it that way in week three instead of week ten.
