Ronnie Mariani, owner and operator of RDM Construction Companies LLC was out here until DARK fixing the sh****le parking lot I spent TWO YEARS fighting for my suspension’s life in.

This man showed up and gave this place the facelift it’s been begging for.
Absolutely beautiful work, and respect to a business owner who’s right out there getting his hands dirty. 💪🏼

I’ve gotten a lot of calls in property management… but “the cat is in the ceiling” was a first…

A tenant’s cat took a detour through a cabinet in a unit we’re renovating and ended up above the first-floor ceiling tiles.
So of course I rang my helper and I headed over for an unexpected rescue mission!

“Flushable” on the package doesn’t mean you should flush it! 🚽🧻

During a property inspection, I spotted wipes,
and that’s a reminder worth sharing.
These can contribute to clogged pipes, sewer backups, and expensive plumbing repairs. 💸

Landlords, remind your tenants: wipes go in the trash, even when the label says “flushable.”
A quick conversation now could help prevent a big headache later!
