Tomorrow-you will appreciate this. 💙

A quick kitchen tidy, a few things put back where they belong, and your bag and keys ready to go. Then take a few minutes for tea, a book, or whatever helps you unwind.

Twenty minutes doesn’t have to mean doing everything. Just enough to make tonight feel calmer and tomorrow a little easier.

Save this for your next evening reset at home. 🏡
