Last Friday was busy in the best way!

We started the morning with United Way of Story County’s Day of Caring, with our teams volunteering at Camp Canwita, ACPC and Friendship Ark.

By the afternoon, we traded our volunteer shirts for Cy-Hawk gear and wrapped up the day with our annual tailgate. ❤💛 This year’s event included a dunk tank fundraiser where nearly $2,000 was raised for United Way of Story County in just a few hours!

Thank you to every volunteer, donor and brave soul who took a turn in the tank. It was a great day spent supporting our community!

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

A big thank you to the people who work hard behind the scenes to keep our communities running.

Our office will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. We’ll return to normal business hours Tuesday, September 8.

What a wonderful evening celebrating Carol Strah and Nancy Farmer as they begin their well-earned retirements!

Congratulations to Carol on 51 years of service and Nancy on 32 years of service. They have dedicated an incredible 83 years to Hunziker Companies, leaving a lasting impact on our accounting department and the people they've worked alongside. It was a pleasure to celebrate their careers with coworkers, friends, and family.

Thank you both for your years of dedication, hard work, and the many contributions you've made to Hunziker Companies. Wishing you all the best in this exciting new chapter!

🇺🇸🏠 Happy Fourth of July from Hunziker Property Management!

Whether you're spending the holiday grilling with neighbors, traveling to see family, or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend at home, we hope your Fourth is filled with good company and great memories.

Our office will be closed all day Friday, July 3, to allow our team time to celebrate with friends and family. We will resume normal business hours on Monday. As always, emergency maintenance services will remain available for urgent issues.
