Double closings last week on these incredible properties! 🎉🏡

My clients had a very specific home in mind, so when I showed them one of our new builds, they instantly fell in love—it checked every box! ❤️

They also trusted my advice when it came to pricing and listing strategy, and guess what? We were under contract in less than 5 hours! 🤯

And the crazy part? I didn’t even have my “For Sale” sign in the yard yet! 😂

It’s a great reminder of why having an agent who knows the market and can help you create the right pricing and marketing strategy matters. Sometimes, the right strategy can do more than a sign in the yard ever could!

I’m so thankful for clients who put their trust in me to help guide them all the way to the closing table—whether you’re buying, selling, or doing both! 🏡🔑

Congratulations, Tyler & Katie! 🎉 I hope you absolutely love your new home! 🏡
