Foundation problems rarely show up all at once. They start small, and by the time they're obvious, the repair can be one of the costliest in a home. Texas soil shifts with dry spells and heavy rain, which puts extra stress on foundations over time.
Here are some warning signs:

Nothing wrong with certifications, courses, or any other form of furthering education, but nothing will ever beat real, hands on experience!
I am a state licensed HVAC contractor, apprentice license for plumbing (recently re-instated with enough hours for my Journeymans license, and my Master Plumbing license to follow shortly after) with some additional trades licenses in the works for more inclusive services.
