This home was quite a doozy. I would love to say it always goes great in real estate and there are no challenges or obstacles to overcome. Well this house pretty much tested all of us to our core. We had a pending lawsuit, title issues to overcome, 3 attorney changes, and that doesn't even include that when we put a contract on this house in early May, my clients’ house wasn't even on the market yet! I will be the first to admit I am not a perfect Realtor and don't know it all. Sometimes you just have to roll your sleeves up and persevere, and that is exactly what we all did in this transaction. My clients are literal SAINTS for putting up with this roller coaster of emotions, and I can't wait to see what they do with this house once they get it fixed up! A BIG THANKS to TYLER HENRY with Annie Mac for holding this deal together even when it looked like it was all falling apart.
