Hit the market on a Thursday and was under contract that Sunday after multiple offers!! A little reminder that pricing it right and putting in the work to get a home ready for the market makes all the difference!! This one is bittersweet as we say goodbye to the home we bought in 2022! Over the last four years, we got engaged, moved in as a married couple, celebrated job changes and promotions, found out we were having our first baby, and hosted lots of friends and family along the way. We even had a guest book that everyone would sign when they came to visit!

And of course, even selling your own home comes with a few surprises... We survived TWO state of emergency orders while the buyers were under contract and still managed to close in two weeks! This closing is a reminder that home really is what you make it. We've made so many wonderful memories here, with plenty of upgrades and late-night projects along the way. We can't wait for the new owners to enjoy the house we made a home! 🩵

Midnight Blood Orange Margarita Recipe
🍊 2 oz tequila
🍊 1 oz blood orange juice
🍊 1 oz lime juice
🍊 ½ oz triple sec
🍊 ½ oz agave syrup
🍊 Shake with ice and garnish with a blood orange slice.
