🏆❤️ WOW. What a proud moment.
I honestly never imagined that this early in my career I would be standing here holding an award at the highest level — the Pinnacle of Performance.
And I know with everything in me that I did not get here alone.
My business has been built heavily through my sphere of influence and referrals from the people who have trusted me along the way. To my clients in Alliance and all of the surrounding communities — thank you for putting your faith in me during some of the biggest moments of your lives.
You’ve trusted me with your first home purchase.
The home you brought your new baby home to.
The home that helped you get out of a bad situation.
The fresh start after a divorce.
The downsizing after becoming empty nesters.
And the difficult transitions that sometimes come with an estate or losing someone you love.
Those transactions have never been just numbers to me.
I can remember details about every client. I cry with you. I hug you. I feel your excitement and your anxiety. I stay up late wondering if I gave everything I had that day and whether there was anything else I could have done for you.
And somehow, at the end of it all, it is always worth it.
I LOVE what I do. ❤️
I hope one day my daughters look at what I’ve built and see what hard work, dedication, and caring about people can create — and maybe even experience the rewards this career can offer if they choose this path themselves someday.
To my amazing team members — thank you. You have trusted me to help lead you through your careers, teach you, encourage you, and help shape the agents you are becoming. I cannot express how lucky I feel that each of you chose me to be part of your journey.
Through every obstacle, celebration, stressful phone call, tear, victory, and moment where you simply needed someone to listen — I am proud of you. I am forever grateful for every single one of you. ❤️

And finally, my family.
My kids sacrifice more than people realize. Family dinners get interrupted. There are hours spent in the car. There are plenty of “Mommy has to work” days. You give up some of your time with me so that I can give my time to something I truly love, and I hope one day you understand how much that means to me.
To my husband — my #1 supporter, cheerleader, confidant, and the person who gets the phone call when I’m overwhelmed and ready to throw in the towel — thank you for always believing in me.
And to my parents — thank you for STILL doing so much to help with the kids so I can chase this career. Thank you for supporting me in life, supporting my children, and proudly sharing every accomplishment on Facebook like only parents can. 😂❤️
