One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from buyers is that they need a huge down payment before they can even think about purchasing a home.

Depending on the loan program and your qualifications, there may be options with:

📍 DFW Restaurant Recommendation: Dragon Casa

Okay, this one deserves a spot on your must-try list.

We recently tried Dragon Casa in Dallas, and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. It’s Asian + Mexican fusion, which I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from at first, but everything we ordered was SO good.

The dumplings, the tacos, the flavors, the atmosphere… all of it. Definitely one of those places I’ll be recommending over and over again.

One of my favorite parts of living in DFW is that there is always somewhere new to eat, explore, and fall in love with. 🏡✨
