Today I am 29!

5 years ago I stood in front of this sign at the beach because my dream was to become a real estate agent and sell beach houses but it seemed so far fetched.

A year later while at the beach Elise and I got a call that our apartment building had been sold and our rent was going up over $500. In a bit of a panic we bought our home on Spring Valley Drive in Whitehall. I knew when I did that I could be an agent.

In the following months I took my classes, studied, and frankly procrastinated to take the test because test taking was never my thing. At the end of May 2023 I drove to Wheeling to take the test at an in person site and passed the first time!

In June I joined Coldwell Banker, the day before my license came in my grandmother died and I almost abandoned the whole thing. I decided I would try even though my life had just changed. I worked open house after open house and sold my first house in December of that year to a buyer in West View.

My first transaction wasn’t easy but I kept going in January I got my first listing ever in Bethel Park. It did not start well, and i was frustrated. In a moment of what I can only describe as the universe aligning I saw a post shared by my friend Teri Daley at Pa Land Titles about a team looking for agents, I liked the post which led me to meet Anthony and Rachel LaRocca.

I joined their team in June of that year after selling 3 more homes. What I didn’t know then is I met two of my very best friends and mentors. By the fall my business had started to really take off but then life changed again.

On January 5th 2025 I was in a horrific ski accident at Laurel Mountain Resort. My entire real estate career came to a halt for 6 months. But I came back determined and in 2025 sold 2.9 million dollars (17 Units) of real estate.

This year my dream has even come more to life. I have sold nearly 4 million dollars of real estate in Pittsburgh and am currently tied at 17 units again for the year. I sold my first $500,000 home and my first commercial property.

5 years ago none of this even existed it was just a dream. Today I not only have become a successful and trusted agent but I have also gained lifelong friends from this business. I have proven that just because you’re young does not mean you can’t do this and if you put your mind to it you can do anything.

While I may not be an agent at the beach yet although I’m determined to be there someday, I am so incredibly proud, thankful and blessed to serve everyday Pittsburghers in the largest transactions of their lives. Thank you to every person who has put their trust in me and I can’t wait to see what 29 brings to my business!
