Realty Metrix Commercial is a full service commercial real estate firm located in Algonquin, IL - a northwest suburb of Chicago. Partners Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt came together to form a firm that would provide the highest level of service to a select client base by utilizing their 45 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Linda and Dave pay great attention to the details of a transaction and understand the nuances of commercial real estate in the 21st century. Linda draws upon her vast knowledge in commercial real estate development and leasing and can guide clients through acquisitions, dispositions, entitlement, lease negotiations and marketing strategies all in an effort to maximize value. Dave draws upon his marketing background, project management experience, finance knowledge and problem solving skills to get brokerage deals done. Linda and Dave specialize in retail, industrial, land and investment sales and have a commanding presence in Kane and McHenry counties and the Randall Rd corridor within the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
