-Listing right now allows for sellers to be in the driver's seat.

-More flexibility for the seller to sell as-is, rent back, etc.

-Limited inventory, limited competition

-Homes are in high demand due to more buyers than there are homes available. Allowing for competitive offers to drive up your home price.

Are interest rates on the rise? How will buyers be effected?

Freddie Mac reported that 30 year fixed rate mortgages have increased by 1.2% since January 2022. That's a rapid increase from the steady low rates in 2021. Rates have already surpassed the projections from last year.

What does this mean for you? If you are looking to purchase a home in 2022 it's going to benefit you if you buy sooner rather than later. The longer you wait the higher interest rates are projected to increase.

Let's get you in your dream home!
