Ok y'all...it's time for the Winter Pet Portrait session, generously hosted by Board30 at 4801 Alameda Blvd NE Ste B, ABQ 87113. November 7 from 1-3 PM. Come dressed in your favorite winter cozy stuff! Proceeds will be benefitting the Eastside Animal Shelter. If you want to participate, you don't need to contact me this time. Simply scan the QR on the flyer that the owner of Board30 has set up, and you can select your time slot and make your donation. These make great Holiday Cards!

I got caught talking trash about someone’s pushup form on IG a week ago and I was wrong about it…the pushups he was doing were legit and I got called out to make a video of myself doing 50 pushups by several people, so I decided to celebrate my 47th birthday(10/15/26) by doing exactly that. Didn’t go exactly as planned, but please help me celebrate by watching until the end. Full disclosure, this is all in a 35 minute period today and obviously the sets(all but last) are sped up to limit time consumption. Trash talking is a vital part of male culture and I’m all about it.
