Our new Compass office is ✨COMING SOON✨ to 711 N Westover Blvd. in Albany and for the first time, we’re opening the conversation to agents who may want to be part of what we’re building.

But here’s the thing:

We’re creating a modern, open-concept office built around collaboration, energy and growth - the kind of place where agents actually know each other, share ideas, talk through deals, celebrate wins and push each other to get better.

There will be a limited number of designated desks reserved for full-time, production-minded agents who want the office to truly be their professional home base.

For agents who don’t need a permanent desk, we’ll also offer a hybrid option - giving you the flexibility to work remotely while still having access to our collaborative workspace, conference room, private call rooms, meetings and office resources.

And we couldn’t have picked a better location.

711 N Westover Blvd. sits in one of Albany’s BUSIEST areas, alongside Newk's Eatery, Surcheros, and many other amazing businesses! Giving our office incredible visibility and the potential for conversations, connections and opportunities simply from being where people already are.

This is NOT a slow-paced, sit-behind-a-desk kind of role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and can confidently manage multiple agents, clients, personalities, deadlines, and priorities at once.

You’re organized, proactive, dependable, a strong communicator, calm under pressure, and the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and handles it.

This person will be much more than “the admin.” You’ll be the backbone of the day-to-day business - helping keep our agents organized, our clients cared for, our systems running smoothly, and the details handled so we can continue delivering the level of service we expect from ourselves.

We’re building a real estate environment at Compass that is modern, collaborative, energetic, and always moving forward, and we want someone who is excited to grow with us and become an integral part of what we’re building.

1️⃣ Tour, 1️⃣ Offer, 1️⃣ Perfect Home!

This week we had the best closing day with the new homeowners of 156 Pheasant Dr. in Leesburg! It also happened to be Morgan’s birthday AND sweet Harper’s birthday, so of course we had to celebrate birthdays and a brand-new home all at once.

Harper LOVES dinosaurs, so naturally we had to say…

The House Hunt is Officially Extinct! ✨🦖🏡

And this may have been the easiest transaction ever. They toured ONE house, fell in love almost instantly, we wrote the offer, and the rest just fell into place.

We are so excited for this family and all of the memories they’re going to make here. This was one of those closings that was just fun from start to finish!
