📚 BACK TO SCHOOL, ALABASTER! 🍎

Alabaster City Schools are back in session today and our Alabaster Police Department School Resource Officers are ready to welcome everyone back!

Our SROs will be on duty throughout our schools, working alongside students, teachers, and staff to help make this school year a safe and successful one. You’ll see them in the hallways and directing school traffic.

🚗 Drivers: Slow down, stay alert, and watch carefully for children walking and getting on and off school buses.

🚌 Parents: Give yourself a few extra minutes today and Friday. The first few days of school can be a little chaotic as everyone gets back into the routine.

👋 Students: If you see one of our SROs, say hello! They’re there for you and are always happy to help.

Here’s to a safe, successful, and GREAT school year, Alabaster! 💙

A new name. A fresh start. Welcome to The Wellington.

We're thrilled to unveil the transformation of our community — and we're just getting started showing you what's new.

From the ground up, we've invested in the details that matter most to our residents:

Brand-new appliances — modern, updated, and ready to make everyday life easier.
New flooring throughout — fresh, clean, and beautifully finished
Refreshed interiors & common areas — new and redesigned spaces you'll actually want to spend time in

This is more than a renovation. It's a reimagining of what home feels like here. Whether you're already part of our community or looking for your next home, The Wellington is ready to welcome you.

Once upon a time as residents began to leave for work the Wellington Manor Staff and Resident Experience team greeted them one by one. Some looked surprised as they were offered a “breakfast on the go” bag. They accepted with a smile or a quick thank you adjusting their grip with their breakfast in hand, so they wouldn’t be late.
