HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
The City of Ada is accepting applications until filled for Human Resources Director. This is an administrative position responsible to plan, direct, manage, oversee, and coordinate the city’s personnel activities and operations. Duties include recruitment, classification, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee relations. This position is also responsible for overseeing the payroll process for all employees and to provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to management. Successful applicant should have five years of increasing responsible human resources management experience, including two years of administrative and/or supervisory responsibility. In addition, the successful applicant should have training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major course work in human resources management, public administration, or a related field. DEPUTY MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK
The City of Ada is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Municipal Court Clerk through April 4, 2019. Individual will be required to perform activities relating to municipal court, assistance to the public, and other secretarial and office support duties as assigned. Individual selected must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and must be able to obtain a surety bond and appropriate Municipal Court Clerk certification. Position offers full benefits including vacation, retirement, health and dental insurance, and paid holidays.
