ODD PAGES — Three Personalities, One New Chapter
ODD PAGES began with three owners, each bringing a distinct personality and approach to hospitality. The name evokes the idea of an “odd-numbered page” as the beginning of a new chapter—a concept translated into a design that reflects the brand’s individuality and playful spirit.
The design draws inspiration from the three dots on the face of a die. These simple circles are rearranged and developed into different configurations, then integrated into openings, seating, and display shelves throughout the café. The number three becomes a shared design language, connecting the spaces, functions, and stories of the three owners.
More than decorative elements, these simple forms express the identity of ODD PAGES through playful details woven into the architecture—inviting visitors to step inside and become part of a new chapter.

Modecular House combines Modern and Vernacular design principles, reinterpreting the traditional raised house through modern spatial planning. The design brings these approaches together to support the residents’ lifestyles and everyday activities.

The house emphasises openness and spatial continuity, connecting the garden with the interior while welcoming views of nature and encouraging natural ventilation. Drawing on the vernacular tradition of elevated living spaces, the raised structure allows air to circulate beneath the house and creates a shaded area for daytime use.

The layout prioritises shared spaces and connections between functions, bringing together the interior, the sheltered space beneath the house, and the garden. These relationships accommodate daily life while preserving the openness and comfort of vernacular architecture within a contemporary home.

Offset House responds to the need for additional living space through a staggered arrangement of building volumes. These offsets create circulation routes that connect different areas of the home, ensuring convenient access while clearly defining each functional zone.

The arrangement also responds to the sun’s path. Projecting and recessed volumes provide shade and reduce direct sun exposure, creating a more comfortable living environment.

This concept extends beyond the building’s overall massing to the detailing of its walls. Staggered brickwork creates openings that allow natural airflow and visual connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. At the same time, the brick screens filter views into the home, maintaining privacy while preserving a sense of openness.

Offset House มีแนวคิดจากการต่อขยายพื้นที่ใช้งานของบ้าน โดยใช้การจัดวางแมสอาคารแบบสลับเหลื่อม เพื่อสร้างทางสัญจรที่เชื่อมต่อพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ให้เข้าถึงได้สะดวก พร้อมแบ่งฟังก์ชันการใช้งานให้เป็นสัดส่วนอย่างชัดเจน

การวางแมสอาคารยังคำนึงถึงทิศทางของแสงแดด โดยออกแบบให้ส่วนที่ยื่นและถอยของอาคารช่วยบังแดดและสร้างร่มเงาให้กับพื้นที่ใช้งาน ลดการรับแสงแดดโดยตรง และสร้างบรรยากาศที่สบายต่อการอยู่อาศัย

แนวคิดการสลับเหลื่อมไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงแมสอาคาร แต่ยังถ่ายทอดสู่รายละเอียดของผนัง ผ่านแพตเทิร์นการเรียงอิฐแบบสลับให้เกิดช่องเปิดสำหรับรับลมและเชื่อมต่อมุมมองระหว่างภายในกับภายนอก พร้อมทำหน้าที่กรองสายตา ช่วยให้บ้านมีความเป็นส่วนตัวและโปร่งสบายในเวลาเดียวกัน

ขอขอบคุณ Dsign Something และ Remood สำหรับคำเชิญให้เข้าร่วมงาน “งานสถาปัตย์ผลัดกันชม ครั้งที่ 3” ในครั้งนี้

นับเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการพบปะแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองกับผู้คนในแวดวงสถาปัตยกรรม พร้อมทั้งได้เยี่ยมชมและเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และวัสดุใหม่ ๆ ที่น่าสนใจ ซึ่งสามารถนำมาต่อยอดและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรมในอนาคต

Trianda is an ultra-luxury residential project designed in response to a sloping contour landscape. The planning and architectural massing are carefully developed to follow the natural terrain, establishing a strong relationship between the architecture and its surrounding environment.
The design concept draws inspiration from the iconic lines of 1970s Porsche automobiles, reflecting a retro aesthetic expressed through the curved and sculptural roof form. The roof design interprets the elegant profile of a coupe roof, creating a fluid architectural silhouette that defines the character of the house.
The building composition introduces void spaces between architectural masses, allowing greenery to pe*****te the project and enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor environments. This spatial strategy enables residents to experience the surrounding sea views and natural landscape throughout the house.
Architectural elements also reinterpret the Triya logo and integrate it into multiple design dimensions, appearing in architectural details and spatial compositions across the project.
One of the defining features of the project is the bedroom positioned adjacent to the swimming pool, designed through a split-level configuration. This layered spatial arrangement creates a dynamic relationship between living spaces, water, and landscape, enriching the overall architectural experience.
