My Cédric, my friend…
I don’t even know how to find the words to talk about you in the past tense.
27 years… 27 years of friendship.
27 years of memories, laughter, conversations, good times, difficult times… 27 years of life shared together.
We met, we grew, we changed, and we experienced so many things together. There are people we meet during our lives… and then there are those who become a part of our lives.
You were one of those people.
And today, I still can’t believe that I won’t be able to call you, talk to you, see you, hear your voice, or simply share another moment with you.
I think about all those years and realize how lucky we were to have shared them. I just wish our story could have continued for so much longer.
There will always be a part of you in my memories. A laugh, a story, a place, a song… and probably a thousand little things that will suddenly make me think of you.
You left us far too soon, my friend.
I don’t know what comes after this life, but I like to imagine that somewhere, you are looking down on us with that smile I have known for 27 years.
Thank you, Cédric.
Thank you for your friendship, for your presence, and for every moment we shared — moments that no one can ever take away from us.
27 years of friendship don’t disappear when a life comes to an end.
You will always be my friend.
Today, tomorrow, and forever.
Rest in peace, my Cédric. 🕊️❤️
You will be deeply missed.
