Construction is progressing at Nova Terraces in Lagos, with the development now entering the foundation stage.

Over recent months, the existing ruin has been demolished, site boundaries and neighbouring structures have been secured, and excavation works have been completed in preparation for the foundations.

With the construction site established and the tower crane now installed, the project is ready to move into its next phase: the construction of the reinforced concrete structure.

Step by step, the architectural vision is becoming a reality, bringing your future home at Nova Terraces closer to completion.

On 19 and 20 September, Praia da Luz came together for the Reserva da Luz Slam at the Ocean Club.

Across two days, we enjoyed some excellent padel, plenty of camaraderie and, most importantly, a great deal of fun. The action on court was matched by two enjoyable cocktail gatherings, bringing players, friends and guests together away from the competition.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the weekend such an enjoyable occasion.
