کل رات لاہور سے اسلام آباد آتے ہوئے موٹروے پولیس نے بھیرہ کے قریب 2500 روپے کا چلان کر دیا اور چالان کرنے کی وجہ پوچھی گئی تو پولیس افسر نے بتایا کہ
موٹروے پر سپیڈ لمٹ 120 سے کم کر کے 100 کلومیٹر فی گھنٹہ کر دی گئی ہے

اور سپیڈ لمٹ کم کرنے کی وجہ؟ پوچھنے پر پولیس افسر نے بتایا کہ دنیا اس وقت حالت جنگ میں ہے اس لیے فیول کی بچت کے لیے گورنمنٹ کی طرف سے یہ پالیسی بنائی گئی ہے
(میرے چہرے پر حیرانگی کے تاثرات دیکھ کر)پولیس افسر نے مثال دے کر بتاتے ہوئے مجھے یہ بات سمجھائی٫
کہ دیکھیں سر ،
آپ لاہور سے موٹروے پر چڑھے ہیں اسلام آباد تک جاتے ہوئے اگر آپ 120 کی سپیڈ پر جاتے تو اپ کا پانچ لیٹر ایکسٹرا خرچ ہونا تھا اور اب آپ 100 کلومیٹر فی گھنٹہ کی رفتار سے جائیں گے تو اپ کے فیول کی بچت ہو جائے گی تو اپ کے فائدے کے لیے ہی یہ کیا گیا ہے

میرا 1500 بچانے کے چکر میں 2500 کا چالان کر دیا
