Refurbs. pk Hiring – Office Manager & Marketing Staff Required (Male/Female)
Refurbs. pk is hiring responsible, skilled and motivated individuals for its construction, renovation and home-improvement business in Soan Garden, Islamabad.
1. Office / Operations Manager — Male or Female
- Manage daily office coordination and routine operations.
- Handle customer calls, follow-ups and team coordination.
- Maintain records, data entry and basic computer/Excel work.
- Assist with quotations, invoices and office documentation when required.
- Keep work organized and ensure pending tasks are followed up.
2. Marketing & Sales Staff — Male or Female
- Generate new business leads for construction and renovation services.
- Make calls, follow up with potential clients and arrange meetings.
- Support field marketing and client visits where required.
- Identify genuine business opportunities and help convert leads into projects.
- Work independently, take initiative and focus on results.
What we are looking for:
- Good communication and a responsible attitude.
- Punctuality, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Practical skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned work.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- Marketing candidates should be comfortable with client communication and fieldwork when required.
