📢 WE ARE HIRING: JUNIOR ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL APPRENTICE

Calbi Estates is looking for a Junior Architect / Architectural Apprentice to assist in the planning and design of hillside cottages, farmhouses, and property development projects.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of BS Architecture
* Fresh graduates and unlicensed architectural apprentices are welcome to apply
* 0–2 years of experience
* Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar architectural/design software
* Can prepare site development plans, floor plans, elevations, architectural drawings, and basic 3D presentations
* Willing to conduct site visits, ocular inspections, site measurements, and field documentation
* Willing to travel to Palawan and other project locations as needed
* Willing to assist in site assessment and coordinate with engineers/specialists for topographic surveys, soil/geotechnical investigation, and other pre-development studies
* Interest in hillside, countryside, farm, and nature-oriented developments is an advantage
* Knowledge of landscaping, interiors, construction, or sustainable design is a plus
