What started as a simple video ad caught the eye of a client who happened to be in Tagaytay looking for a great property investment. They reached out, scheduled a site visit, and even though I couldn't be there in person, everything fell into place so seamlessly. They fell in love with the place right away and officially reserved it just a few days later! 🏡🎉
