To our valued Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs):

PELCO II has received reports of individuals going around residential areas and introducing themselves as PELCO II personnel, allegedly checking consumers’ electricity bills and providing advice on how to lower their electricity consumption and monthly bills.

We remind our MCOs to remain vigilant and exercise caution when approached by anyone claiming to represent PELCO II.

For your safety and protection, please observe the following:

- Ask for proper identification from anyone claiming to be a PELCO II employee or authorized representative.

- Do not provide personal information, account details, copies of your electricity bill, or other documents to unverified individuals.

- If someone offers to check your electricity bill or provide advice on reducing your bill while claiming to be from PELCO II, verify their identity and purpose directly with PELCO II through our official customer service channels or nearest Area Office.

- Report any suspicious activity or individuals misrepresenting themselves as PELCO II personnel so that the matter may be properly verified and documented.
