* Reservations must be made at least 1 day before check-in
* Valid government-issued ID is required for local guests
* Foreign guests must present a valid passport
* Open parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not included in the room rate
* No pets allowed in accordance with SMDC policy
* A ₱500 security deposit is required and is refundable upon check-out, subject to unit inspection
