FOR SALE: Furnished 1BR Condo with Balcony | Arezzo Place Davao

₱3.5M total asking price, negotiable. Part of the purchase payment will settle the existing bank loan; the remainder is payable to the owner.
Two purchase options:
1. Full payment: bank-coordinated settlement of the existing China Bank mortgage, with the remainder paid to the owner.
2. Flexible seller terms: full bank settlement upfront plus an initial payment to the owner, with the remaining seller balance payable over up to 12 months. Subject to buyer qualification and a legally documented, secured agreement. Initial payment and any interest to be agreed in writing.
Buyer pays applicable sale taxes and title-transfer expenses separately from the asking price. An itemised breakdown and final allocation will be agreed in writing before any deposit or sale agreement. Bank payment procedure and title-release timing require bank confirmation.
