OPEN POSITIONS:
1. HR and ADMIN OFFICER
📍 Davao City
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
• At least 1 year of HR/Admin experience
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll, attendance, and employee benefits
• Familiar with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, and government compliance
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
Must be available to START ASAP
2. FINANCE HEAD / FINANCE CONTROLLER
📍 Davao City
Qualifications:
• CPA – REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience
• Strong experience in REAL ESTATE and HOSPITALITY/SERVICE INDUSTRY
• Proven experience leading an Accounting/Finance team
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, cash flow, and internal controls
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Must be available to START ASAP
3. PROJECT ENGINEER
📍 Matina Enclaves, Davao City
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• HIGH-RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED
• Strong experience in site supervision, construction coordination, structural and finishing works
• Knowledgeable in construction plans, specifications, scheduling, and quality control
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site at Matina Enclaves
