LONGi, Sungrow, and DJ SOLAR CORP. Showcase Solar Innovations in Cebu
Global solar technology leaders LONGi and Sungrow, alongside their Philippine distribution partner DJ SOLAR CORP., are bringing the latest developments in solar energy technology to Cebu through an exclusive roadshow on October 24, 2026.
Held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Ground Floor Atrium D of SM City Cebu in Mabolo, the event features technical presentations, product demonstrations, and networking opportunities for industry professionals and those interested in renewable energy. Discussions focus on photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverter technologies, and smart energy systems designed to improve project efficiency, structural reliability, and long-term energy production.
Founded in 2000, LONGi has established a strong global presence in solar technology, operating across more than 160 countries and regions. The company develops monocrystalline silicon wafers, solar cells, PV modules, and solutions for residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects. Its portfolio also includes building-integrated photovoltaics and green hydrogen technologies, supporting the broader transition to clean energy.
Meanwhile, Sungrow brings more than 29 years of experience in renewable energy technology. As of June 2026, the company had deployed over 1,100 gigawatts (GW) of power electronic converters worldwide. Its offerings include photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems that support renewable energy projects across international markets.
Representing the companies’ distribution and technical support network in the Philippines, DJ SOLAR CORP. was established in Manila in 2025. The company specializes in the wholesale distribution of solar equipment and provides technical consulting for complete photovoltaic system solutions. With warehouses in Cavite, Cebu, and Davao City, it serves customers nationwide through a product lineup that includes LONGi solar modules, inverters, mounting systems, DC cables, and energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
The Cebu roadshow serves as a platform for the three companies to share technical expertise, introduce solar innovations, and strengthen industry connections as demand for renewable energy solutions continues to grow.
Through this collaborative initiative, LONGi, Sungrow, and DJ SOLAR CORP. aim to provide participants with greater insight into the technologies and solutions shaping the future of solar power in the Philippines.
