We are pleased to share a positive development on *Ligero Towers! 🎉*
We are happy to announce that *100% of the excavation works for the project’s foundation and parking areas have been completed!* This marks an important milestone as we move forward toward the next phase of development.
Furthermore, *Ecoglobal Development Corp. has successfully secured and signed a contract* with *Adnos CET Corporation* for the construction of the building, with construction scheduled to commence on *first week of November 2026.*
In line with the project’s enhancement, five additional floors have been incorporated into the development, bringing Ligero Towers to a *30-storey commercial and residential condominium* designed to offer even greater value and opportunities for our future unit owners and investors.
With these enhancements, the *target completion and delivery of Ligero Towers is now set for the fourth quarter of 2029 (Q4 2029).*
