September tends to kick us into gear, especially once daylight saving hits and we realise summer is coming! Our open homes have seen a welcome increase in numbers some weeks, and offers are coming together for those who are realistic about current market conditions. While the data jumps around from month to month, overall this still represents a stable market and an excellent time to buy and sell.
As we await next month's election and global events continue, activity is warming up, yet we anticipate the spring frenzy will arrive later than usual this year. Life keeps on keeping on, and there are many reasons people buy or sell: families grow, people relocate, and housing needs change.
The end of the year tends to creep up on us far too fast. If you’ve been wondering about selling, get in touch and start with a chat.
