Amy Allan is a dedicated real estate agent specialising in residential property sales in Wānaka. My passion for real estate began at an early age.

My name is Amy Allan, and I’ve been fortunate to call Wānaka home since 2007. For me, working in real estate is about building strong relationships, being active in the community, and sharing my passion and knowledge with others. I have two children, Flynn (6) and Matilda (4)—happy, adventurous kids who love exploring everything Wānaka and the surrounding area has to offer. Whether it’s biking the local trails, walking up Mt Iron with our dog Clutha, or kayaking on the lake, we’re always reminded why this is such a special place to raise a young, active family. We love being part of a community that values outdoor living and wellbeing. Taking part in local events and sporting activities has been an amazing way to connect with others while staying physically and mentally energised. I believe in living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same, both personally and professionally. Growing up in Australia with my mum working as a real estate agent, I saw first-hand what it takes to succeed in this dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding industry. That early exposure ignited my enthusiasm for property, and in recent years I’ve focused on learning as much as I can. I’m grateful to be mentored by some of the most experienced agents in the industry, whose ongoing passion continues to inspire me. As a real estate agent in Wānaka, I’ve found joy not only in the stunning outdoors but also in the indoor spaces that people call home. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to help guide you through every step of the process with care and confidence. I’m really looking forward to connecting with many of you in the years to come. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to have a chat.

There’s nothing quite like securing the perfect property for my buyers. 🏡

The excitement, the nerves, the big decisions, the “we actually got it!” moment… this is the part of real estate I absolutely love.

It’s an emotionally fuelled industry, and I genuinely think that’s what makes it so special. You’re not just helping someone buy a house, you’re helping them find the place where the next chapter of their life will unfold. 🏡✨

Feeling very lucky to be a part of it. 💛

Spring has finally arrived in Wanaka. 🌿☀️

And you can feel the energy shifting.

More people out and about, more conversations happening, more buyers making moves and a property market that feels like it’s really starting to come alive.

I’m feeling more motivated and ambitious than ever. I genuinely love this time of year and everything that comes with it. New listings, new opportunities, meeting new people and working hard to get great results for my clients.

One thing I really love about my job is being able to share the information I have. What’s selling, what buyers are looking for, where the opportunities are, what’s happening with values and, importantly, what I’m actually seeing on the ground every day.

Whether you’re thinking about selling, buying, holding or simply want to know where your property sits in the current market, I’m always happy to have a conversation and share what I know.

No pressure. Just good information, honest conversations and a plan if and when you’re ready.

Spring is here. Let’s do this. 💛
