Two ways to enter. One way to drive away. 🚗

Thinking about selling your property this spring? Now could be the perfect time.

List your property with me at Bower Real Estate between 1 September and 15 December, and you’ll go into the draw to drive away in a brand new MG3 for three years!

Thinking about changing property managers? Place your property under management with Yolk Property Management during the same period and you’ll also be in the draw.

Already listed with Bower or recently joined Yolk? Great news, you’re already entered.

One winner. Drawn 16 December, just in time for Christmas. 🎄

If you’re thinking about selling, get in touch with me today and let’s have a chat.

T&Cs and eligibility criteria apply. Visit the Bower website for full details.

Happy Father’s Day! 💙

Being a dad is one of the greatest privileges in my life, and Father’s Day is always a nice reminder to appreciate the moments that matter most - the laughs, the memories and simply spending time together.

To all the fellow dads and father figures out there, I hope you’re having a great Father’s Day surrounded by the people who make it special.

Feeling very lucky to be a dad today and every day.

Receiving messages like this is what makes this job so rewarding.

A huge thank you to Mariko & Jun for your incredibly kind words. It was an absolute privilege to help you through the sale of your home and to be part of such an important chapter in your lives.

Knowing you felt supported every step of the way means the world to us, and we're so grateful for your trust and for recommending us to your friends.

Wishing you both all the very best for this exciting new chapter. Thank you again for allowing Yuko and me to be part of your journey
