Golden afternoons, mountain air and a seamless connection to the landscape. Our 9 Springhill build turning it on as the days get longer 🙌🏻

Just like many of the stunning homes we have built over the last 10 years in Queenstown, this home celebrates the fact that it doesn’t need to compete with the view.
From the clean lines of the pitched ceiling to the expansive glazing and carefully resolved finishes, every detail has been considered to let the architecture and landscape work together.

One of the beautiful luxuries of this home is that it boasts two Master Suites — which, of course, means two opportunities to indulge in some lovely bespoke joinery.
This suite carries through the same rich, dark timber finish, creating a sense of continuity and quiet sophistication throughout the home.
Thoughtful storage, beautifully resolved detailing and luxurious finishes come together to create another truly elevated retreat — and another standout space within this beautifully crafted home.

Lovers of dark walls and beautiful views 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Every bedroom in this home was given a level of detail well beyond a classic builder’s specification, but, as always, we love to indulge a little more in the Master Suite.

With the original concept by John Ben Hudson Architects, meticulous detailing by Jason AdvancedJoinery_NZ, and a healthy dose of my “can we make it look like this?” 🤭 — this bespoke built-in bedhead came to life.

Designed as a sculptural centrepiece to the suite, the joinery works beautifully from both sides — concealing generous his-and-hers storage, integrated LED lighting and a bespoke dressing vanity nestled within.

From the bedroom side, a beautifully crafted pop-out bedhead creates depth and presence, finished in the same refined joinery tones and paired with aged brass wall sconces for that final layer of warmth and elegance.

It’s the kind of detail that goes far beyond simply looking beautiful — considered, highly functional joinery that makes a space feel truly spectacular.
