Venture Developments Venture Developments build modern, high quality architecturally designed housing.

Venture Developments was started by Mark Fraser-Jones and Ben Graham in 2008 and in that time has grown to be one of the largest building companies in the Bay of Plenty. We believe in building modern, well designed and well finished homes at an affordable price point. We are big believers in "what you see is what you get", so when you visit one of our show homes you can rest assured that the quality you see accurately represents the quality of the home we will build for you, without the need for a whole lot of upgrades and extra costs. We believe building a home should be an exciting and enjoyable experience, and this is the service we strive to provide for every client who builds with us.

Welcome home Wendy! ☀️🔑

Our man in the Waikato, Anderson, recently had the pleasure of handing over the keys as Wendy made Waipiko Landing in Te Awamutu her new home.

It was a fast-moving move. They were downsizing from Cambridge while still running their business, so there was a lot to juggle. But they’re all settled in now and we couldn’t be happier for them.

All the best in your new home! 🏡

It really doesn't get better than this 😊

Six months ago Yohan and Maduka came to see Emily, our sales specialist, looking for their first step on the property ladder. After a bit of searching they found the perfect home for them in West Dune, Papamoa.

The joy on their faces says it all! This is exactly what it's all about and we couldn't be happier for them!

This was amazing! 🤩

Yesterday, Simon Fowler from The Colour Code ran his workshop with some of our team. It's all about understanding our unique strengths, weaknesses and most importantly, our individual communication styles.

We cannot recommend this enough.

Thank you, Simon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
