Te Mania - Te Puke

30/09/2026

A new showhome is taking shape in Te Mania. It’s being built by Flowerday Homes and, once complete, will be staffed by the friendly Flowerday Homes team. 🏡

The home will showcase the standard inclusions available with Te Mania house and land packages, along with a few upgraded finishes and design ideas. When the doors open, you’ll be able to see how those inclusions come together in a real home and get a feel for what life at Te Mania could look like.

We think you’ll like what you see. Stay tuned for the opening date.

Every home is built with quality craftsmanship and comes complete with a Master Builders 10-Year Guarantee, supplier warranties, and a 12-month maintenance period for peace of mind.

These are fully finished, move-in ready homes, including landscaping and window coverings, so everything is done when you get the keys.

Big progress happening at Te Mania - Te Puke

Since starting in February, we’ve now completed around 39 floors, 24 frames and trusses, and 19 roofs, with interior linings now underway.

Not only are things moving along at speed, there’s also a high standard of organisation across the site, reflected in the clear worksites, site signage, and the way everyone is working together to keep things running smoothly.

Most importantly, our clients are seeing strong progress on their homes and getting regular communication from our construction team along the way.

It’s great seeing the subdivision come together.

Construction across Stage 4 is moving ahead at pace. With Flowerday Homes on site, these sections are quickly taking shape. It won’t be long before this becomes a place to call home for another family.

Reach out if you'd like to know more about Stage 5 of the development.
