Okay I'm curious 😂

If you were moving tomorrow, what's the ONE thing your next house would absolutely have to have?

Big shed?
Proper pantry?
Second bathroom?
Acreage?
Walk-in wardrobe?
Enough storage to hide all the crap? 😂

Mine would be 4 Bedrooms and acreage.... bring on more veggie and flower gardens!

Tell me yours 👇

A little word of advice from my wee stick man friend 😂

Please don’t go spending thousands renovating just because you think you have to before selling.

Sometimes it’s worth doing, sometimes it’s really not and I’d much rather tell you to save your money if I don’t think you’ll get it back.

If selling is on your mind, flick me a message before you start ripping things apart 😂

Ahh!!!! Kind words like these 🧡

Buying or selling a home can feel like a lot, so making sure my clients feel supported, informed and looked after throughout the process is always important to me.

Thank you to these vendors for the lovely feedback, it was a pleasure being part of your sale!

This is where I really love my job, how cool to be apart of such a big moment in people’s lives 🙌🙌🙌🙌

The first bit of spring weather and suddenly I’m looking around thinking everything needs waterblasted. 😂

If you’re giving your place a bit of a reset after winter, these are the little jobs I’d start with.

And if selling is somewhere in the back of your mind, don’t go spending thousands before you’ve had someone through. Sometimes the things you think you need to fix aren’t the things that will make the biggest difference.

Okay, obviously I’d LOVE to sell your house 😂🧡

But I’m also not going to tell you to sell just because it means a listing for me.

Sometimes my advice might be wait.
Sometimes it might be don’t spend a cent renovating that.
And sometimes it’ll be yep, now is actually a really good time! let’s goooo.

That’s the part of real estate I really enjoy. Sitting down, having a yarn about your home, what you’re thinking and what actually makes sense for you.

You don’t have to be ready to sell to ask me a question, get an appraisal or chat through your options. And when the time is right? I’ll be ready with a plan 🧡
