QRM - Quality Rental Management Your property, our priority. Quality Rental Management was formed by Derrick and Robyn Marsters during 2010, they are landlords themselves.

Over the years they had used the services of most property management companies in Hamilton and had become despondent with the level of service they had received. It was really out of pure frustration that they ended up forming their own company.

Last week, Robyn and Eden had the privilege of attending the 2026 Trade Me Property Impact Awards in Auckland alongside Trade Me's Senior Business Partner, Nicole Gillies, and the wonderful event host Patty.

We're incredibly proud to share that Quality Rental Management was recognised as one of the top two companies in New Zealand for Large Company Marketing Excellence at the Trade Me Property Impact Awards.

With more than 550 nominations submitted from across the country, being recognised at this level is an amazing achievement and a reflection of the dedication, innovation, and hard work of our entire team.

A huge congratulations to Kirsty and Kaden for being selected as our June Tenants of the Month!

At every routine inspection, their home is presented to an exceptional standard. They take incredible pride in looking after the property, and it's always a pleasure to see how clean and well cared for it is.

They're also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication is always excellent, and Kirsty is such a bubbly, positive person who is always lovely to chat with.
