NEW LISTING // 17 Mitre Street, Gore

Wake up and smell the roses, literally!
Privately positioned above the walkway through Bannerman Park, 17 Mitre Street offers a rare opportunity to secure an elevated site with a wonderful sense of space, privacy and rural tranquillity, right in town. Surrounded by established, easy-care gardens, much of the hard work is already done. Imagine building your new home here, creating a generous deck where you can unwind at the end of the day, take in the elevated outlook and perhaps watch the deer resting beneath the trees.
With several options for your future building platform, there is scope to create a home designed around the outlook and the lifestyle this special position provides. And importantly, the vendors are realistic and ready to sell. This property has been offered to the market before, now they are saying “we want it sold.” If you have been looking for an opportunity to build your own home in a peaceful, elevated setting without giving up the convenience of town, this could be the one. Secure your piece of urban tranquillity, the vendors are ready to make it happen.
