Rent arrives on time, or it does not. There is not much in between, and the gap is yours to carry.

Rent Safe is our answer to that. If the tenant does not pay, we do. No stand-down period, no waiting on a claim to be processed, no holding your breath until the bond gets sorted out.

It sits on top of full management, so marketing, vetting and inspections are all still part of it. We do apply a standard: the property needs to be compliant and well maintained, because a guarantee only works when the property is sound to begin with.

A great night out with our Dunedin tenants! 🍿
Our Dunedin team had such a fantastic evening catching up with our tenants at last nights Tenant Movie Night!

Although… we may have slightly underestimated just how emotional the movie Heart of the Beast was - there were definitely a few tears shed!

It was such a great evening with our team enjoying time together with the people who are such a big part of making our business what it is - our tenants.

At The Rent Shop, we believe property management is about more than just managing properties. It's about the people, the little things that make a difference, and going that extra mile to create a positive experience for our tenants.
