We’re delighted to announce that Unit 3 at 100 Molyneux Avenue is officially SOLD and unconditional, with Unit 4 now under contract.

A very happy moment for our little team, and another step closer to bringing these five homes to life in the heart of Cromwell.

So naturally, we’ve handled the news with our usual professionalism.
Now, back to work. 😂

A little RAM, out in the wild.

Rather lovely seeing our name — and our faces — in print this week.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at the moment. Rocks is taking shape in Clyde, decisions are being made daily, and things are moving rather nicely at 100 Molyneux Avenue too…

We’ll leave that there for now. 👀

For the moment, we’re just enjoying seeing a little piece of RAM on paper.

Kachow!! Exciting news from Molyneux. 🍻

Unit 3 at 100 Molyneux Avenue is now under contract — and this one feels particularly special.
Its future owner is a local first-home buyer, taking that rather significant step onto the property ladder.

When we began designing Molyneux, we wanted to create well-considered, beautifully finished homes that would work for different stages of life — from first homes, to downsizing, investing and everything in between.

So there’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing one of them become exactly that: someone’s first place of their own.

Sixteen days.

The first clip was taken on a Saturday morning at Rocks on Holloway at the end of August.

No trades on site. Just us having a wander through, Nick inevitably inspecting things, the kids somewhere in the background and not much to hear besides them and the birds.

Site visits like this are actually some of our favourites.
When nobody is working, you get a chance to slow down and properly look. To stand in the spaces that, until relatively recently, existed only on plans. To notice the outlook from a future window. To imagine how a room will feel.

Swipe across, and sixteen days later — this photograph arrived from our foreman.

Quite a lot can happen when you’re not looking.

There’s a whole team behind the progress you see here — and while we’re not on site swinging hammers every day, we’re never very far away from the decisions being made.

On Monday we shared a home we once built for ourselves.
The scale is different now.
The way we care about what we’re building isn’t.

Before Rocks on Holloway began, this site looked very different. The boundary was abundant with established trees. It was beautiful and enclosed — but you couldn’t really see what lay beyond it.

Now, standing amongst the frames, the outlook has opened up.

Clyde stretches out below. The hills and mountains sit beyond it. And you get a completely different sense of exactly where these homes are going to live.

It’s one of the things we love about developing property in Central Otago. A site isn’t simply somewhere to put a building. The landscape, the outlook, the history and the character of the place all become part of the decisions you make.
