Recently rented!
4 bed family home in Wigram.

Here’s how it went:
📅 Fri 18th Sept: Tenants viewed and applied on the same day
📅 Mon 21st Sept: Offer sent and tenants paid
📅 Wed 23rd Sept: Previous tenants moved out
📅 Wed 30th Sept: New tenants moved in

The new tenancy was secured before the previous tenancy ended, keeping the gap between tenancies to just one week.

The prospective tenants walked through this a warm, cosy home in Spreydon on Friday 11th Sept. It’s a great fit for them and the sort of place that feels good the moment you step inside.

But a viewing is only the start.

The full application came through on the following Monday 14th Sept, and we sent the offer out the very next day. By Friday 18th Sept, the tenants had paid and signed the tenancy agreement.

Just 7 days from tenants viewing to signed agreement, and the owner didn’t have to chase a thing.

Friday 2nd Oct: offer sent and accepted the same day
Monday 5th Oct: bond paid and agreement signed

One viewing, under a week from listing, and the owner has tenants in place.
