A fantastic send-off to Kirsten after 11 years with ZB Homes, as she moves on to an exciting new venture with Andy.

Thank you for the support and friendship over the years, Kirsten—wishing you all the best!

OPEN OR CLOSED?

It’s amazing how much of an impact soft sheers can have on how a room feels. It can go from a bright, sun-drenched space to something so cozy and intimate in seconds.

I loved staging this gorgeous villa, which is now available at the Tamahere Country Club.

Swipe through the four different angles and let me know your thoughts in the comments—do you prefer the open, light-filled look, or do you love that softer, cozy feeling when they're closed?

On the market for months. Staged by MODE. Sold in two weeks.

This beautiful property had been sitting on the market with the owner's everyday furniture, but buyers just weren't connecting with it.

Once the owners moved out, we came in and fully staged the entire house with a curated collection of modern furniture designed to maximize the space, highlight those incredible high ceilings, and instantly connect with modern buyers.

The result? A premium sale within two weeks. Following the sale, the new owner, Sharon, came across one of our posts showcasing the property and reached out directly to our inbox:

💬 “The staging sold me, so much that I’m going out and buying new furniture lol! I have seen photos of the house pre-staging, your staging made such a difference, absolutely beautiful 😍”

Staging isn't just about decor—it's a strategic marketing tool that completely rewrites how buyers see your home.

Selling in Cambridge or the wider Waikato? Let's unlock your home's true equity.

Modern living, perfectly presented at 21 Te Au Rere Crescent.

We recently had the pleasure of staging this near-new 3-bedroom home in Cambridge, and we love how the clean, contemporary aesthetic came together.

Our focus for this property was to enhance its sleek, functional design. In the open-plan living and kitchen area, we paired crisp white walls with warm wood tones and black accents to match the home's modern exterior and make the layout feel incredibly cohesive.

In the master bedroom, we created a luxurious retreat using a sophisticated palette of black, white, and warm oatmeal tones, anchored by a beautiful textured artwork. The result throughout is an inviting space that allows buyers to easily visualise themselves living here.

Striking the perfect balance at 7 Hauhake Terrace.

Every home has its own unique rhythm, and for this new NMS Homes build, our goal was to create a sharp, inviting contrast that defines the living zones.

Instead of heavy furniture that crowds the open-plan hub, we paired soft, textured creams with bold black accents—like the statement coffee table and sleek dining seating. The result is a beautifully grounded, modern space that highlights the natural light and the seamless layout of the home.

Successfully SOLD within our 6-week staging period!

We collected our furniture from this project yesterday, and it was a great reminder of just how critical a smart layout is when presenting a home to the market.

On paper, this is a 2-bedroom property. But at a generous 158m², it boasts an incredibly spacious open-plan living area. To ensure buyers truly felt that scale, we kept the central sightlines completely open, using a pair of tailored armchairs to frame the space rather than block it.

Creating that seamless flow from the front door right out to the deck helped lock in a contract and secure a fantastic result for the vendors before our standard staging period was even up.

Smart modern design at 2 Frances Hunt Lane.

We always love working on builds by the team at ZB Homes—their attention to layout and clean finishes makes our job such a pleasure.

For this brand-new property, we wanted to highlight the elevated stud height and the seamless flow from the sleek kitchen out to the sunny patio. Instead of overcrowding the living zones, we used beautifully scaled, intentional pieces to show just how spacious and functional low-maintenance living can be.
