It might be cold and wet outside but there was a good turnout to our open home at 182 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn today.

Just asking the important questions… even the ones that come up over the fence.

Whether it’s a neighbourhood debate, a property question, or simply something you’ve been wondering about, I’ve always believed there’s no such thing as a silly question.

After all, asking the right questions is how we get the best answers.

Keeping it local watching Pt Chevalier Pirates verses Marist Saints on a sunny (but cold) July Saturday.

5 Maranui Avenue, Point Chevalier - sold at auction this morning!

What a great result for this much-loved classic Kiwi home. After a great campaign and plenty of interest from buyers, it was fantastic to see a competitive auction unfold and watch this property find its new owner.

A huge thank you to our vendors for trusting me to help bring their family home to the market after more than 60 years of memories. It’s always special being part of the next chapter of a property’s story.

Congratulations to the successful purchasers; I can’t wait to see what you do with this special piece of Point Chev.
