“Sunsets over the golf course, sea views from the master, and ample space to host family and friends with ease — the scale of this home is truly impressive. This is Omaha without compromise.”

Golf course frontage, serious scale, sea views by day, unforgettable sunsets by night — this is a home that’s hard to replicate and impossible to forget.

At 114 Mangatawhiri Road, the rhythm of life is simple.
The beach is minutes away.
The pool is always within reach.
And the fairway sits quite literally at your boundary.

This isn’t a holiday home. It’s a lifestyle statement.

I'm very grateful for my latest buyer review from very well known NZ Real Estate Royalty! Truly humbled by their kind words — and a nice reminder that doing the right things consistently really does matter.

I’m so pleased for my fabulous vendors. Contract signed on Christmas Eve! Due Diligence completed in double quick time over the holidays… And sold for 25% above CV… Ch*****ne delivery and the GOLD BAR sold sticker delivered. That’s the RC Realty Gold Standard Service. The best thing about this deal was the compliment paid to me by my vendors: ‘Rod you’re like a bloody bulldog you just dont give up!’
To misquote Mark Twain: It ain’t the dog in the fight it’s the fight in the dog and I’m fighting fit at 50 years young. One day I might even get time for a round of Golf!
