It’s renting made simple 🏡
Providing a modern, smarter and better way of living.

Every home at our Waiatarua Apartments comes with its own bike park. Your bike gets a secure, dry spot of its own, rather than living in the hallway, on the balcony or at the end of your bed.

Whether it's the daily commute, a weekend ride or a quick trip to the shops, it's one less thing to think about.

It's renting made simple.

Timber in one bin. Plastic in another. General waste in a third.

On our build sites, every bit of waste gets sorted before it leaves. It's not the most glamorous part of building homes, but it matters. Sorting and recycling construction waste means less ends up in landfill, with less pollution and fewer new resources used.

It's the same thinking behind planting one tree, every week, for every apartment built. When you're building homes to keep for the long term, you look after the land they sit on, too.

One new apartment every 1.8 days. Built to last 100+ years. Yes, both are true, and Lou's here to tell you how. 👏

Our build process isn't about rushing. It's about planning every stage carefully and making sure every person on site knows their part. The result? More warm, dry, quality rentals in Aotearoa, available sooner.

That's renting made simple. 🏡
